RRS-1 is a universal remote racking system capable of removing or inserting low- and medium-voltage draw out circuit breakers which use a jack screw rotary racking mechanism while the operator remains outside the arc-flash boundary. This device is portable, weighing less than 200 pounds, is user friendly, and requires no modifications to the switchgear or circuit breakers. Optional features allow each system to be customized to meet your specific remote circuit breaker racking requirements.
For low-voltage breakers. The RRS-1 LT is a lightweight version of the RRS-1 that is capable of being easily disassembled and moved through small openings. High Lift and Radio Remote come standard on the RRS-1 LT.
The RRS-4 boasts many of the same structural and mechanical components as the CBS ArcSafe RRS-1 unit, which makes it the most portable, easily adjustable, and user-friendly remote racking system in the industry today. What makes the RRS-4 different from its RRS-1 counterpart, and any other remote racking system on the market for that matter, is that it is operated using a dual mode, source programmable. CCM mode is a truly universal operating mode capable of racking virtually any rotary style breaker and requires minimal setup.

This device is portable, weighing less than 200 pounds, as well as user friendly, requiring no modifications to the switchgear or circuit breaker. Each system will be custom-designed to fit your circuit breaker needs.
The RRS-2 BE is CBS ArcSafe’s specially designed counterpart to the industry leading RRS-2 universal remote racking system for extraction style breakers. The RRS-2 BE is designed specifically for Motor Control Center (MCC) bucket removal applications where users would normally be required to perform the install or remove operation manually.
The RRS-3 system is an inexpensive single-application remote racking system which allows the operator to install and remove a breaker while standing 25 to 75 feet away with a hand control unit. CBS ArcSafe also offers a radio remote option which allows for operation up to 150 feet away without the need for an extension cable. The radio remote option also allows for closed-door racking to occur once the RRS-3 has been attached to the breaker.
The CBS ArcSafe PPE-Z is a handheld, powered racking device capable of racking most rotary-style low- and medium-voltage switchgear. The PPE-Z utilizes a high-torque motor to rack breakers at approximately the same speed as a human operator, but without the added trouble of operator fatigue. This means that operators will be more efficient, thus reducing the amount of time spent within the arc-flash boundary.
A remote switch actuator allows service personnel to move, push, pull, charge, close, and/or trip circuit breakers and other electrical equipment from a safe distance in conjunction with a CBS ArcSafe RSO. The remote switching actuator attaches to the front of your circuit breaker and is mechanically assisted by magnets without the need for any modification to your switchgear. After setup and installation, the RSO controls the RSA’s operation.
A remote switch operator allows service personnel to move, push, pull, charge, close, and trip circuit breakers from a safe distance using a CBS ArcSafe RSA. The RSO can be used in conjunction with the CBS ArcSafe remote racking system or independently as a stand-alone device for remote racking. Each CBS ArcSafe remote switch operator includes a 24V DC power supply and a wired/wireless pendant station.
CBS ArcSafe® is pleased to introduce the SecureConnect Remote Operator for Allen-Bradley® CENTERLINE® 2100 Motor Control Centers (MCCs), allowing technicians to operate the SecureConnect safety system from up to 300 feet away, well outside the arc-flash boundary.
